Xfinity app not showing extra settings..

Hello, I may be missing something here but the Xfinity guides on port forwarding said to click on settings I simply don’t have in the app, and I know for a fact that my modem is connected to my account and the app.

I only have several categories such as privacy, more resources and billing info.
Any help? Am I missing something here?
