Xfi pausing devices that should not be (with grey symbol)??

Hello 

My family room TV keeps getting paused in the Xfi app when it should not be paused at all (it shows a grey pause symbol). That device is not part of any scheduled downtime (which shows as a purple pause symbol I believe).

It's SUPER annoying I can't figure out why this is happening.

Good morning! Thanks for reaching out to us here so that we can address this with you. That would be aggravating to have a device you are using pause for your network! You are correct that a purple pause icon is part of a scheduled pause, while the grey is indicated that it is paused and unable to connect currently. Do you see any purple pause icon prior to it becoming passed? The indicator would go from purple to grey.

Do you have any other users who may have this device under their profile? Does this happen randomly at random hours or does it seem to be on a schedule of any kind?
