Xfi app not logging in

Transferred service to new address and upgraded plan . Xfi app was working flawlessly prior to transfer . Now when I log in using correct credentials , I am redirected to an error message stating “we are having issues activating your gateway please chat with an agent “ and then signing out is my only option . Gateway is working fine . Internet is working fine . App is trying to connect something that is already connected and as such not allowing me to log in . Help please

I will be able to assist you and help you get the xFi app working on your new addresss and account.  Please do not post your name and or account number in this forum and once you message me we can then fix your xFi app for you.
