Unable to log in via app from Google Play

Recently I have changed my internet plan and downloaded the xfinity app from Google Play for self service. The app won't let me log in. It just loops back to the log in page. I have been without internet service in my home for a couple of days now. Is there a way to talk with a real flesh and blood customer service agent?
