Pausing devices

After verifying that devices are paused, I'm seeing that those devices are still able to connect to my Gateway and use my internet. Any other users having this issue?

Im having this trouble too.
I pass internet access to kids device and they are still getting on. I have found out they are using a VPN and I don't know how to stop it

Same problem.  I pause a profile or a device, but it can still access the internet.  Same problem with time restrictions.  The device is allotted 3 hours of internet time, but does not pause when you excede the 3 hours.  According to the Xfinity app, internet access should be stopped once the allotted time has been met.  Obviously, Xfintiy does not have a solution.  There are many posts with this same issue, but the answers from Xfinity Experts just direct you on how to set up profiles.   The profiles are already set up.  These great features are not working.

Same problem. It works for some devices, but not others. Super frustrating, it's essentially a useless feature.
