X1 Movies Anywhere Sync?

Awhile back my wife, who has a user ID on our account, linked her Movies Anywhere to X1. The movies in her account have been on the X1 Box for awhile. She added two new movies to Movies Anywhere yesterday and had to reconnect her Xfinity Account to Movies Anywhere because she had changed her Xfinity password.

 

How long does it take for the new movies to Sync to X1? It has been over 12 hours and they don't show on the X1 box yet. She is a secondary manager ID on our Xfinity account. Would her ID not link to the Movies Anywhere to the X1 box? 

 

A system refresh did not force a sync.

Hello Tek. Thank you for creating a post on our Forum. Movies from studios currently not participating will not flow into your Xfinity-linked Movies Anywhere account. Have you checked eligibility to confirm those movies are available with Movies Anywhere service on Xfinity?

Disconnecting and reconnecting our Xfinity Account forced it to connect. As long as you disconnect and then reconnect with the same username there is no issue.
