Volume control and mute function not working

Volume control and mute function stopped working. We have tried repairing remote, restart, and refresh. Followed steps provided in answer to others in this thread. We have sound but it can't be adjusted by either the Xfinity or tv remote.

If the sound can’t be controlled by either the Xfinity remote or the actual tv remote, like you posted, it’s an obvious tv problem. Contact the manufacturer
