Program description hard to see almost transparent

When I push the back the "i" button on the remote, the program description on screen is almost transparent, or push the back "arrow" on the remote and the show's name is same way, transparent. I can reset or restart the box, and it usually fixes it for about 12 to 15 hours, then it goes back to transparent. Is there a way i can correct this?

Check Settings (gear icon), Preferences, Background Darkness Level. Higher number is darker. I have mine on "3" with no issues.
