Paused Recordings

Whenever I pause a recording, it unpauses and returns to regular tv. How do I make my recorded video stay paused for as long as I want?

Hello @KarenM9234 thanks for your post. When you pause a recording after 10-mins your show will go back to being played. At this time we do not have a method of changing this timeframe.

I have the same issue, but only with the WiFi DVR box and not the main DVR box. Why is pause limited on a recording and yet live tv can be paused for 30 minutes. This logically makes no sense.

Is there a way to get this logged as an improvement request? We pay so much more for Xfinity with less features than Dish.
