New comcast boxes

Main tv nothing but pixels and message " we're having trouble on our end". Contacted comcast. Sending repair man out on Thursday with another new box. Now since they rebooted it I have no sound on my upstairs tv. My old one worked just fine til they said I had to get a new one. Seriously considering cancelling my service and switching to Verizon.
