DVR showing full

Our DVR shows 62% full with only 12 programs. What’s going on?

@user_c8d3ae joining our amazing community here on the Xfinity Forums. We have many great members of the community to help with your comments and questions.

I want to make sure that we get your issue with your DVR showing 62% full and just 12 programs recorded. When you are seeing the percentage is this using that awesome Xfinity Stream app, our website, or the X1 box? Does your package come with the 20 hours of cloud DVR or does it have the full DVR plan? Please be as specific as possible with out giving out in personal or account details.
