I'm truly apologetic to hear this and I'd like to look into this a little deeper. Can you send a direct message address to "Xfinity Support" with your name and address?

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

I no longer work for Comcast.

I'm having the same problem now.  Did you ever get a response and if so, how was it resolved?

Hi there @A_M_O ! In most cases, the reason there would be problems with DVR recordings pixelating or cutting off is a signal issue in the home. You want to make sure that the coaxial cable to the box and wall plate are connected snugly and there are no breaks as a first step. If you would like some help checking out your signal, please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address to get started. Thanks!
