Channel subscription required to record channel
I noticed today that I am not able to record shows on channels that are part of our package and get a message on our X1 box that says "Channel subscription required to record channel." I have a similar issue on the Stream app, though on my phone almost all channels don't even show up in the first place so I am not able to watch on Stream. On the desktop version of Stream I am not able to watch anything because I need to "subscribe."
Our account is up to date and we have not had any service interruptions. I have conducted a service refresh and also reset our X1 box but it has not resolved the issue.
What can I do to get our DVR and Stream capabilities back on track? Thank you.
