A way to register a complaint.

I would like to strongly urge you to review your seasonal hold policy. My wife and I go to a lake side cottage every summer. We run into your current policy every summer in two ways. One is we decide not to say for more than three months (in 2021 we, due to illness, are only staying from 6/16 to 8/16 - thus we run into the minimum of 90 days).  Two is we decide to stay four months (in 2019 we stayed from 5/15 to 9/12 - thus we run into the 10 months on continuous service that goes until 7/12, that badly messed up our 2020 plans. So, what ends up happening is we pay for two to four months of service every year that we do not utilize (just wasted money as far as we are concerned - but, nice profit for you.).
