Why Can't I Speak to a Live Agent to Obtain a List of Channels Covered by my Plan
I am totally disgusted with Comcast and Xfinity. I’ve never dealt with such horrible customer service. Forget about calling their customer service line because a virtual “person” answers the call, gives you 2 options, and if your issue isn’t one of those options, the virtual “person” hangs up on you. If you choose one of the options, the virtual “person” tells you to contact Xfinity’s Virtual Assistant.” I had already gone through the online Virtual Assistant multiple times. After it was apparent that the Virtual Assistant could NOT answer my question/request, I asked to speak to a live person, but that never happened. So, in essence, at Xfinity/Comcast there is NO way for a customer to speak to a live person about anything!!! That is an unacceptable business practice. I’m paying a ridiculously high price for service; yet I am not entitled to speak to a live person at Xfinity/Comcast. I’ll be looking into getting my service from a different provider/different way.
Here's another customer insult: As a condition of being allowed to utilize the Xfinity forums, I had to sign an agreement stating that I agree to be bound by Xfinity Forum Guidelines and Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy. That is ridiculous! I would not need to use the forum if I had been allowed to speak with a live person.

The concern is not "Community Knowledge Base" related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
