xfinity login loop
I found this problem posted several times in the past year but don't recall a reliable solution.
I login to the Xfinity.com web site and click on the email icon.
It says "Welcome to Xfinity Connect- We are now loading your email".
It then loops back to the Xfinity.com home page.
I contacted phone support and they had me reboot, clear cache and cookies, try another browser, try incognito mode on Chrome. etc.
They said this was a known problem but no easy solution.
I spent an hour on phone support and it was eventually elevated to 2nd tier.
The 2nd tier support agent told me he would have to elevate it to the server team and that he would call me back in 2 hours with an update.
That was 2 days ago and the email problem has not been fixed.
This is my primary comcast email and I use it for AppleID and so forth!
