Web site showing blank box when trying to add a 2nd TV box
My Chase Freedom card offers a 25% bonus when signing up for Xfinity service. I get transferred from Chase to Xfinity OK, but I've hit a snag on the page titled:
You may need to return some TV equipment.
It says the plan I'm signing up for requires two TV boxes. I can select the first one OK, but when I try to add a 2nd TV box, this is what I get:
Choose your additional TV service: Close
That's it. No options. And when I try to continue by clicking on Next: Speed, I get an error box saying:
Please add at least 1 more TV box to continue.
To check out with this offer, you will need to select 1 more TV box.
