Using xfintiy moblie as a Manager
I've gone through so many chats, called 3 different phone calls.
This XFINTIY website says that a Manager can manage the xfinity mobile account.
I am a "Manager" but when i go to xfinity mobile account it asks me if i am a primary user.
Can someone fix my account or explain why the website is wrong?
During one chat the person said i have to use the primary's login credentials but my primary uses 2 step authorization which makes this extremely frustrating. Why does this have to be so difficult, why can't xfinity mobile have users?
