Secondary User error message despite being primary user
Every time I go to access my bill or perform some other administrator task I receive the following error: "As a secondary user, you cannot access restricted areas of My Account". However, my user role is listed as primary. Could someone from Comcast please help with this?
I've had this issue for well over a year now (me last year: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Sign-In-and-Account-Management/Portal-keeps-telling-me-I-m-a-secondary-user/td-p/3294550) and have reached out to support multiple times since 2019.
It is the same issue described in this thread (https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Sign-In-and-Account-Management/Listed-As-Secondary-User/td-p/3343990). Could you help me out please? @ComcastJonathan
