I can’t access my Account Information.

So I just bought a internet package and created my account today. I then got a text from xfinity helper saying my order is confirmed but it didn’t show my address it showed this- ‘ ’ so I tried to log in to my account and it didn’t work it says ‘we are unable to access your account info’. It’s not that I am not logged in I just can’t access my info or order information.


How can I fix this ?
