I am not able to access MY ACCOUNT

After logging in to xfinity account and then attempting to access MY ACCOUNT, or View My Bill or Account Settings 

I get an error,

"Hmm, the page didn't load correctly.  Try refreshing the page.  If the problem persists try again later."

Is this your first time trying to access your account? Are you trying to access your account away from your home, or, are you on your home-network?

I have attempted to access my account several times, using my computer from home, or from work.  (I am currently at work)

I have not been successful.
