Cant set up a personal email. Get message Email already in use. OLD INACTIVE ACCOUNT used that email. Tech support mult times UNSUCCESSFUL!
I have been trying for years to get my personal email as my PREFERRED email (NOT xfinity) please someone help! I have tried many times and normally don't care UNTIL I got an INCREASE on billing (which is automatic, so therefore I don't check monthly) and I have been told repeatedly that its being escalated and "Try again in 24-48hrs". I Have tried various Support centers, being transferred repeatedly. Its an OLD ACCOUNT. PLEASE fix this. It really can't be that hard!
