Cancellation

I want to cancel my service but this is starting to get annoying. I have tried calling to be hung up on by a robot saying they cant find my account after verifying my address twice. Then it says to chat but chat says they cant cancel the account. Why is this so difficult. I am moving out of state and I have no need for the service anymore I will stop paying it so it will just get disconnected, I am trying to do the responsible thing here.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
