Billing

I do not understand how the more services that I delete from my account the more I am charged.  I have tried to delete all my streaming accounts, due to I no longer have your internet net services.  Yet I am still being charged despite my inability to download any of the channel.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and the more I try to fix my account to a manageable amount the more you charge me.  Perhaps, the FCC should look into your billing practices.  Why am I praying $197.00 for cable services.

Hi there @user_e5htm1 , I’m really sorry to hear about your experience especially with billing, as I know how frustrating and concerning that can be. We definitely don’t want you being charged for services you’re not able to use, or feeling like your bill is increasing as you try to reduce it. There may be things like remaining subscriptions, billing cycles, or account details that need to be reviewed more closely to understand what’s happening. We’d really like the chance to take a deeper look and help get this sorted out for you. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address, and we’ll review your account with you to make sure everything is accurate and see what we can do to bring your bill to a more manageable level. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re here to help. 💙
