Xfinity order confirmation - affordable connection application ALWAYS in progress

Internet Jitter during MW2 Online Game

Agent guaranteed increasing my data plan to 600mbps would resolve Xfinity throttling my connection during play. Online playing is entirely impossible because I'll get packet losses and latency spikes up to 999ms every 15-20 seconds and yet, after increasing data plan, the game is still un-playable.
