Intermittent conn cation issues

Having issues with connectivity dropping then reconnecting. Happens very frequently across multiple devices, but not all. Tried checking status, rebooting tower, checked connections, and ran a system check which didn’t show any issues. Been going on for a couple of weeks. Any idea what’s going on?

What is the difference between dvr storage on the box and the cloud? I have only 3 recordings saved and it says i am at 71 percent full. Are my scheduled recordings included in that number?

Tv box freezing up

Cable box’s keeps freezing up on 3 different TV’s. And YES all wires are tightened. Happens all the time. I have to unplug the cable box and reset it. Then it takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to restart it self.

Contract ended
