Unsubscribing from Fox Nation

So a while back some tenants subscribed to Fox Nation via Xfinity Flex by accident, and told us they had canceled it, but I just discovered today that they had not actually done so. Is it possible to unsubscribe without having to go over there and do it manually? Thanks for any help!
