Is there a way to duplicate my Outlook 2016 folders in webmail in Xfinity connect?

@EG     Sometimes I like to poke around and look at my settings in the admin tool. but in order to login to admin tool the system requires you to create a password.  However for some reason Comcast technician told me not to do it. Without doing it thou there is no way to access admin
