I set up a new plan in-store with Xfinity who told me there was a 10$ eco bill discount if I set it up through the routing number instead of credit/debit. I set up the routing number in-store but both email confirmation and online still reflect a 5$ discount.

All scheduled recordings gone

My DVR is showing that I suddenly have no scheduled recordings. Yet when I check the guide it shows red dots (i.e., scheduled series recordings) on several shows for later tonight.
