Comcast/Xfinity Email Filters Still Not Rejecting Emails!
I have various email filters enabled to "reject" emails and have a message sent to the sender with a reason why these emails have been rejected. I have a variety of filters enabled set to "matches" and "exact" yet these email addresses that I have filers set for are still allowed in my inbox.

My internet has about 90% reliability, but once a week or so the speeds drop drastically and/or (more rarely) the connection goes out completely for a few minutes. A modem reboot usually clears things and gets me back up. I have one line in with a splitter running that line to a single cable box
