Rewind live TV after viewing DVR recording

Why after I finish watching a DVR recording and switch back to live TV will it not allow me to rewind that program. Why doesn't it keep track of the live program in the background when you watch a recording? The old boxes kept a running tab on live programs on background.

Xfinity app stream lagging

I am experience consistent lagging when viewing Xfinity stream on my tv via my fire stick. I tried a fix recommended on this forum - which was the viewing preference on the setting tab.  This did not work. It keeps lagging. Any suggestions. I’m growing frustrated and ready to cancel.

Xfinity is the WORST. They are billing me even when k haven’t received all of my equipment. I hate their service already and I’m new!!

45 days no HBOMAX

Caller id
