Internet Upload Speed Problem

I'm having a problem with my internet upload speed. It has been a problem for 2 days now. My problem with it is extremely low upload speeds. It would range between 0 Mbps - 0.6 Mbps or sometimes the internet speed would show up an error or upload test error or fail. I would usually get around 5 Mbps

New account modem return

I received an old Arris TG1682G modem/router with my new xfinity account. I have a much better Netgear modem/router that is more compact and approved for use by Comcast.  May I return the Arris TG1682G modem/router to an xfinity store and have the monthly charges for it removed from the billin

Monthly payments keeps going up every year with the same services.

Activated email whitelist and now can't receive emails from Amazon (only)
