suspend mobile for deployment

I have spent 4 hours and almost a month trying to get our home internet to stay the same and my husband's ipad mobile service suspended because he is deployed.  It still is not fixed!
May 9 -My husband arranged for the mobile service to be suspended as he left the country for his 10 month military deployment
May 10 - my home internet was shut off instead of the mobile service suspended - spoke for 14 minutes with an agent who said it would be fixed within 24 hours
May 11 - it was still not fixed within 24 hours - home internet was suspended and mobile was on - so spoke with an agent for 24 minutes - home internet was restored and was told mobile would be suspended
May 24 - mobile was still not suspended so went to the Xfinity store on Southgate Road - was told they were not a main store and couldn't help me - had to go to a corporate store
May 24 - visited your store (a 25 minute drive) for over an hour and still the issue was not resolved
June 4 - called an xfinity agent again after I made myself an account manager on the app, after 41 minutes I was told it was fixed - home internet on and mobile suspended
It still is not fixed.  I feel you owe me $30.42 for the bill we had to pay because it has taken you so long to figure this out.  Xfinity does not support the US Military.  That is plain to see.

Hey there, @user_elubme, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your account and getting your mobile device suspended. I would be happy to help and you have reached the right place. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
