Signed up for an updated plan and told wrong price and service would not honor the price that she told

Hello,

I spoke with service today to review my internet and phone plans with xfinity and changing plans with current promotions. After reviewing the options and pricing for both phone and internet multiple times with Service Rep we decided with moving forward with the update. We updated the internet first and then went to update the phone to first year free with 2nd line. However, than she said that it in fact wasn't free the first year and we had to pay for both lines. I find it not sincere, or truthful to change what we agreed on after I signed and paid for internet. I am looking to be reimbursed to keep what we had agreed on the phone multiple times before she said she couldn't do it. It is the first mobile line is $20 and the second one is free. I have a ticket number to review in private.
