Noone is competent or speaks English

This is a scam!!! Who am I even paying ,   this is not the Comcast I had all these years.    Why is every call expedited to phillipinea or India and can't understand anyone .    They overcharge , mess up acct worse than ever whenever u speak to them and noonw speaks any English !   I'm done with this bogus company
