https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment this link has all you need to know on how to return the equipment at Xfinity stores or even UPS locations. You can print of shipping label for UPS, drop it off or call the UPS pick up # & they can pick it from you
We’ve got you! To return your router, you’ll need a shipping label, but you don’t have to provide your own box — you’ve got a couple of easy options:
Drop it off at a UPS Store (not just a drop box): They’ll box it up and ship it back to us for free. Just bring the equipment and let them know it’s a return for Xfinity.
If you'd prefer to ship it yourself, you can generate a return label through your account at xfinity.com/returns, print it, and use your own packaging.
Let us know if you’d like help starting the return — we’re happy to walk you through it. You can find the full support article for returnes HERE
