We’ve got you! To return your router, you’ll need a shipping label, but you don’t have to provide your own box — you’ve got a couple of easy options:

  1. Drop it off at a UPS Store (not just a drop box): They’ll box it up and ship it back to us for free. Just bring the equipment and let them know it’s a return for Xfinity.

  2. If you'd prefer to ship it yourself, you can generate a return label through your account at xfinity.com/returns, print it, and use your own packaging.

Let us know if you’d like help starting the return — we’re happy to walk you through it. You can find the full support article for returnes HERE
