https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pair-activate-cablecard says "If you do not see all of the channels to which you currently subscribe to after 45 minutes, contact 1-877-405-2298 and request CableCARD Repair."

 

That number was once dedicated to CableCARD activation, but now seems to connect to the same reps as 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489) and 1-800-Comcast (1-800-266-2278).

Yes, also the same with a previously posted phone number for Tier 2 comcast support, just loops back to the general support portal. Seems like comcast is actively deflecting/denying  cable card support.
