On Screen Caller ID Not Working
I'm not sure what happened, but over the weekend the On Screen Caller ID on all 3 of our cable boxes is no longer working (DCX3400 and DCX3200).
A few years ago this problem happened, and they had to reset some billing code or something in the system in order to get it to work again, and it's been fine every since.
Please Comcast check and see what the issue is and if it can be fixed.
I tried to send a PM back to ComcastKenF but now it's saying he isn't accepting messages.
