Keeping Equipment When Changing Plan

We currently have a "Digital Starter Plan" (140+) w/ no Comcast-provided equipment.  Only 1x CableCard (m-card) in a TiVo Bolt Vox.  Our ISP is a third party.
If we were switch ISP to Comcast by changing our plan to "X1 Starter Pro+ Double Play + speed increase to Extreme Pro+":

1) Is the CableCard continued to to be supported on the new plan?
2) Will the current mix of linear vs. IPTV channels stay the same (no sudden loss of channels upon service change)?
3) The X1 set top box be able to be returned (no $5/mo equipment charge)?

I realize without the X1 box, IPTV-only channels will be inaccessible and cloud DVR will likely not be available.  That's not a problem.
