Voice service issue

I've had 2 separate modems for like 2 decades now(One internet & one voice).Last week I had to switch out my internet gateway and that causes my phone service to stop working.They had me get a new voice modem and it still doesn't work.What can I do?

Nevermind I can see this is as helpful as calling xfinity either way you get no help.

Ugh I agree!  We switched out our voice and data modem for the newer white one and our "landline" hasn't been working since!  I've tried everything.  Call Comcast and they can't help either.
