No dial tone - can't make or receive calls.

Was given a new XB6-T from our local store and we no longer are able to make or receive calls. There is no dial tone what so ever. Have had everything reset multiple times and even replaced our phone with one "guaranteed" to be compatible with your service and still no dial tone.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

 2 issues w new set up..tv,xfi,home phone

No dial tone after tv n xfi set up was successful and

created a user name & password but I cannot sign in...ever,

on any device, I get "hmm sorry try later" or "reload page" &

"your signed in but are unauthorized" Please advise
