I need to cancel my Voice service and keep my internet service.
I'm trying to cancel my Voice service since I no longer need it for work, but I want to keep my current Internet plan. How do I cancel my Voice service only? The Chat assistant is useless. It keeps looping me back to the same 4 options with no actual help or resolution to my problem. I'm half tempted to cancel with Xfinity altogether and just look for a different Internet provider.
