Xfinity Flex keeps disconnecting from WiFI

I've only had the Xfinity service for about two months and just started using the Flex boce a couple weeks ago. Everything was working great, but now two days in a row the Xfinity Flex box has disconnected from the WiFi. The Flex box is right next to to WiFi box, so this shouldn't be happening. When I unplug and replug the flex box it reconnects, but I shouldn't have to do that everyday.

Why is this happening and how do I fix it without an HDMI cable?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. Have you done any troubleshooting with our awesome My Account App? Also, you mentioned the modem is right next to the Flex box, are you able to connect the flex box with an Ethernet cord directly to the modem?
