None of my apps appear in my Flex box

When powering in my Flex box the only thing on the Home Screen that appears is account settings and help. Before it use to load all my apps we had loaded such as Netflix paramount+ etc.

I am experiencing the same problem. I get an error code that says e n t - 22013

This happened to me as well. I didn't notice an error code, but I wasn't looking for one either.
