Internet Speeds Unreliable
I have my laptop hooked up to my router via an ethernet cord but I'm only clocking 25 mbps compared to my phone getting 300+ mbps. I don't want want to pause devices on my internet due to a roommate using the wifi too, but he also runs into the same issue. We only have 5 devices linked to the the xfinity hub. I pay 120 dollars for the 1Gbps service and get screwed over on speeds. I have the newest firmware update, newest windows update. No matter the solution online on google, this does not fix it. Any ideas or should I leave comcast/xfinity all together because of their ineptitude to provide quality internet?
