Flex

I'm looking to find out how to remove these flex box charges from my account? Xfinity mailed this to me unsolicited years ago and I've never used it, or asked for it.  I've never signed up or used this service and I'd like to get all the money that I've been billed for this service credited.

Hello @user_elok8f our team will help you with your billing and Flex service concern. There is typically no charge for the first Flex box. Are you seeing a charge on a closed account or a charge for a second box?

@XfinityJosephA​ So I have 2 flex boxes that I never asked for, and never ordered, and have never used. Originally they came with a free promo and I never used them because I only have one TV and it is a smart TV so the boxes are unnecessary.  I tried contacting customer support online and they referred me to calling in, I did that and the guy gave me a ticket # (ECM00193498387) but they are still showing on my account
