Flex

I need a new power cord for my flex box. How do I go about this?

user_410 Thank is a great question. You can go into your local service center if you only need a power cord and they can replace it for you. Our team isn't able to ship just a cord, but we can send you an entirely new Flex box in the mail, you would just need to return the one you have to avoid unreturned equipment charges once you receive the new equipment. Send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address if you'd like us to ship a new box out.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
