I went to renew my account and it says I have a flex box? I became a customer last year and was asked if I wanted one and said no. Why is this on my account and how can I get it taken off?

Wow! I would call Xfinity customer service or visit a Xfinity store, immediately. The Flex box is free to have for internet only customers but it's not fair that it was added to your account without your knowledge.
