Flex box won’t work properly

When I’m watching Netflix or YouTube for anywhere longer than 15-30 minutes the program will pause momentarily, the screen will go black and display the input that the flex is connected to before returning to the Flex Home Screen. Im having no internet issues with any other device in my home and all of my cables are securely connected. I tried turning everything off and on again but the issue persists.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your Xfinity Flex device. I can understand how only being able to use an app for a few minutes at a time and then losing the connection can be frustrating. When you stated that you turned the devices off and on again, did they go through a full reset? Did you reset the modem at the same time?
