Flex box no power

I just received my flex Box plugged in all the cables and no indicator light comes on. I believe it is a bad cord since I tried in multiple sockets And still nothing happens.

It sounds like you need a new box if it won't turn on. Are you using a power strip to plug it in, or are you plugged directly into an outlet?
