Error Code ENT-22013

I have tried troubleshooting, restarting the flex device, as well as my Gateway and I still receive this error when trying to do anything on my Flex Device is there any way to fix this?

after scouring this forum I’ve came to relieve that this issue I am having is a know issue with xfinity (Comcast) it’s sad that a know issue is still reoccurring after months of the company knowing about this issue. Adding my self to the bunch, I wonder how much the company is still making from this degradation of service.
